The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who provided room service and ensured the rooms were spotless. The hotel also offered a range of amenities, including a spa and wellness centre, sauna, and steam bath. Additionally, the garden area was a great place to relax and unwind.

The hotel was situated in a convenient location in the center of town with easy access to transportation by tram to Ausberg. The cleanliness of the room and facilities was excellent. The parking was great and there were a variety of choices available for breakfast. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Located in the heart of a charming town, this hotel is easily accessible by tram and offers excellent service. the receptionist was knowledgeable about the surrounding area and even advised on how to travel to Ausberg by tram. Rooms are impressively spacious and clean, while breakfast is varied and delicious. the common areas of the hotel are stylish and well-maintained.

The service at the restaurant was a bit slow, with orders taking long to come and sometimes even up to 45 minutes. The restaurant manager seemed to be short-staffed, causing delays in delivery, and this was a downside.

Had a wonderful time during Christmas at this hotel. the breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, and the staff was helpful and friendly. the location was great, surrounded by plenty of shops and attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and spacious bathroom.

The only downfall was the lack of amenities offered. There were no swimming facilities or sauna available in the hotel, which made it a bit difficult to entertain ourselves during the colder winter months.
